Ask Mulder and Scully a Question

On Wednesday night, The X-Files will be at Paleyfest and I will be attending. Since audience members gets to ask questions after the discussion, I will attempt to ask a question posed by a Buzznet user.

Billed as an "extraordinary, interactive, pop culture event", Paleyfest is a series of panels, where you get to hear the cast and crew of some of your favorite shows talk about the experience of making the show and the upcoming season (or in this case, upcoming movie). For more info see www.paleycenter.org.

By the way, last night I attended a Damages panel. Glenn Close, Ted Danson, and the rest of the cast was there (except for Rose Byrne - dammit!) If you don't watch Damages, I consider it one of the best shows on TV. You still have time to check out the first season on DVD before the second season starts in June.

But back to business - what would you like to ask Chris Carter, Frank Spotnitz, Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny, or whoever else might be there?

Was it difficult to get back into the mindset of doing The X-Files after such a long time away from the subject matter and characters?

Maybe it's a bit obvious, but it's probably the best I got :)

Wow Ive been so out of the loop when it comes to X-files. I use to be so obsessed though. So news that this movie is really happening is cool. Ok so this might already be out there somewhere but...

Is the movie going to be more of the old school x-files stuff with ghosts, gouls and aliens or like the later consperiacy theory the government is out ot get us eppisodes.

Personaly I would like to see it more like the early eppisodes of the show.

Hi f4ytwiglight - they've actually said it would be more old-school. Kind of like a standalone X-Files episode, involving less of the mythology.
